U.S. to give more than $900 million to Gaza
For a country that seems to be strapped with cash problems, we sure have a lot to just give away. The United States is willing to give more than $900 million to help rebuild Gaza after the Israeli invasion of this year.
According to Reuters, the money will need Congressional approval before the money is shipped to Gaza though. But once it is approved, because it will be, it will be distributed through the U.N. and other bodies and not via Hamas, said an official.
Let's hope that Hamas doesn't get its grip on this money.
