The British don't torture?

The London Metropolitan Police Department has been accused of using waterboarding techniques to get information from suspects. Nothing is for certain, but didn't Obama say that the British don't torture?

Going through history, the British are known for being very ruthless, but Obama apparently has never opened a history book.

If this is found to be true. This will prove that the United States is not the only country who has waterboarded to receive important information. To be true, the U.S. has only waterboarded three persons at Gitmo.

CIA, Pelosi at odds over "truth"

CIA director Leon Panetta has told his fellow CIA employees that the intelligence agency told the truth about the enhanced interrogation techniques to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Politico published the following from Panetta...

He said: We didn't mislead Congress; stay focused on your job.

Panetta's note was sent to reporters via the CIA press office. Here's the key graph:

"Let me be clear: It is not our policy or practice to mislead Congress. That is against our laws and our values. As the Agency indicated previously in response to Congressional inquiries, our contemporaneous records from September 2002 indicate that CIA officers briefed truthfully on the interrogation of Abu Zubaydah, describing “the enhanced techniques that had been employed.” Ultimately, it is up to Congress to evaluate all the evidence and reach its own conclusions about what happened."

Today, Pelosi made more conflicting statements about waterboarding. She continues to lie about what she "knew."

Also, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs (the best ever) dodged a question about the White House's stance on Pelosi's opinion. Fox News' Major Garret asked the question, one of the few curious journalists in the press corp.

Dems unite in attacking CIA

The Democrats don't care about law or common sense. They are out for their own best interests and attacking the Bush administration, as well as the Central Intelligence Agency. Now they are saying that the CIA may have broken the law.

Let's talk about breaking laws. The Dems do that every day. What exactly is the US Constitution for? Shredding? Oh, yeah, it's the law of the land. Look at it once in a while.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi got flustered today when she spoke about what she "knew" about the CIA and waterboarding.

Pelosi fires back at CIA

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is now accusing the Central Intelligence Agency of misleading Congress about enhanced interrogation techniques.

She is practically today's version of a "Benedict Arnold." She is out for her own interests. She hates the United States Military and she despises the CIA. She would be happy if they both were eliminated.

Pelosi knew about harsh interrogations

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi needs to resign. She is a liar and a cheat. She claims she did not know about the enhanced interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding. She was briefed by the CIA.

All Pelosi and her fellow Democrats want to do is to destroy any positive legacy of President George W. Bush.
