Washington hypocrites on private jets?

You know how Congress said 'NO' to GM, Chrysler and Ford to flying on private jets. Oh, they also said 'NO' to other companies as well.

This same Congress has some prominent Democrats taking vacations on US government owned private jets. Nancy Pelosi is taking a well-deserved vacation in Italy at this moment. She is touring museums as her home state of California suffers and the country is in a recession. By the way, she was scolded by the pope, but she didn't listen to that. Pelosi is not alone as well, she brought some prominent Washington Democrats on the trip. Oh, the private jet costs $10,000 an hour to operate, but no worries, it's all paid for, by American tax payers.

Then we have a 50th anniversary tour of India for Martin Luther King III, civil rights activists and some more Washington elites. Martin Luther King, Jr. went to India to learn about Gandhi and now these guys get an anniversary vacation. All paid for.

Are these guys hypocrites?
