Fiscal Responsibility? House Dems Propose Billions More in Spending

As President Obama talks about fiscal responsibility in Washington, his Democratic colleagues are doing the opposite. House Democrats unveiled a $410 billion spending bill on Monday to keep the government running through the end of the fiscal year.

Democrats say that it is being used to make up for cuts in recent years in health, education, energy and other programs. The bill also loosens restrictions on travel to Cuba, as well as the sale of food and medicine to the communist nation.
