Obama wants our kids to learn Spanish

The messiah, the lord of all that is, Barack Obama says Americans need to learn Spanish to help out the illegal Mexicans who cross the border by fence or desert or by water.

Obama is ashamed that "we" as he said describing all Americans don't know a second language when "we" go to Europe.

Obama says our children should learn Spanish so they can communicate with Mexicans.
We, as Americans, are having to bend backwards for Mexicans so they feel at home in the United States. Just look at the aisle signs at your neighborhood Lowe's store or in your cabinet at you Proctor & Gamble product.

If we start speaking many different languages in the United States and it becomes large enough to split America in regions, we will no longer be the "united" states anymore. It is already happening in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Florida.

Below are the words of the great messiah Barack Obama. Listen how he talks about Spanish and he then says a French phrase, what's with that? Does he know what Spanish is?

The fact of the matter is, the US doesn't have an official language. Anyone speaking any language has certain rights, and so the government must use Spanish at times to allow people these rights.

I know not everyone coming in speaking Spanish is legal, but that's another issue entirely.

Whether or not someone "should" be here, there are plenty of Spanish-speaking people that ARE here, and I think the US accomodates them in some cases because of their rights (for instance, ESL programs in education, because the US refuses to deny education to a child regardless of immigration status) or because it makes sense for the organization to do so. A store will sell more if they're in a largely Hispanic area and they put Spanish on their signs as well. It makes fiscal sense for many businesses to accomodate Hispanics.

I think teaching students another language, particularly one which will likely only become increasingly prevalent in our society, is smart. The world is becoming a more global place, and proficiency in another language allows for more communication, period. Learning a second language is also actually a very good way to solidify understanding of one's home language, and many schools encourage young students to learn another language for that reason. Already, I know of schools that teach elementary students Spanish- and I think it just makes those students more marketable with more opportunities and more abilities to work with other people in the long run. It may also benefit Hispanics, but I think it will benefit the American students.

I have no problem with anyone in America speaking another language, so long as they attempt to learn enough English to get by, at least.
