Flip-flopping Versus "A Slight Change"

This is hard to believe, but this is true. Have you been watching CNN lately? It is almost unreal.

With John McCain's campaign moving towards the Right, CNN is calling this "flip-flopping." McCain is trying to get the conservative voters who may end up voting for Libertarian Bob Barr. He is trying to get the conservative base of the party. This may be "flip-flopping," but if a Democrat does the same thing it is now called "a slight change."

Barack Obama is moving his campaign towards the middle far away from where he was a month ago when he was all about being as far left from Hillary Clinton as he could be. Now with the Clinton campaign now defunct, he has taken many of her tactics and this is not "flip-flopping."

Double standard? Is this news or opinion, CNN?

"Flip-flopping" and "swift boating" have now become bad phrases. And if people think back to four years ago, the swift boaters who were against John Kerry stated the truth and now they have now been drowned into the ocean. Anybody who states anything bad about a Democrat must be a bad guy. That's how CNN sees it.

"CNN: We Know Politics." Really, it sounds like they make things up. Oh, wait, that is politics. They are doing quite well. Make up history and spin it to make it the truth, that's what politicians do.
